Jim Deats is the owner and president of Windmill Homes. He started building homes in 1978. Jim's custom homes contain high-quality features such as exquisite front door entries, solid core wood interior doors, carpet upgrades, custom cabinetry, 100% masonry exterior and masonry fire places.

Jim oversees each building project to ensure his standards are maintained. His goal is to build every homeowner a custom home of unequaled quality.

Jim and his wife Gail work together to keep homeowner's informed on the progress of their home's construction. Gail also helps in the selection of colors, carpets, tile and cabinetry.
